La Brea Tar Pits

We had so much fun at the La Brea Tar Pits Kaia was so excited the entire time.

She was constantly yelling out "DID YOU SEE THAT?!" or "COME LOOK AT THESE<> This was the only exhibit she was not so fond of although she did want to stay and look at it.

She was really excited about this wall for some reason. She kept yelling "LOOK AT THOSE GUYS DIGGING!"

Everything there was a big hit with Kaia. She was really into the "Dinosaur bones" even though there were no dino bones ( its an ice age museum) she still called it the Dinosaur Bones Museum.

Trying to pull the Tar up

I thought it was really interesting she actually looked at the picture herself and was talking about where the bone fit. I didn't think she understood the concept that the bones were really representative of something inside you. But she did.
