Happy Thanksgiving

I am thankful for my two beautiful incredibly amazing children
I am thankful for everyday I get to stay home with them. Everyday they make me laugh and even the days that are hard. I know later those will be some of the best days of all.

I am thankful for my wonderful husband who because of all his hard work. Makes it possible for me to stay at home with our amazing children.
I am also thankful for this blog without which I would not be able to share our lives with you. All our family that are so far away we can't see you but at least you can see us.
Happy Thanksgiving!
What are you thankful for?

Sloppy Kisser

Who wants a baby kiss?
A loveable. huggable, squeezeable baby kiss....

A slobery, slimy, always moist and gooey baby kiss...
A gorgeous, adorable, most amazing baby in the world baby kiss...
I know I do. You know you want one too!

Sorry the pics are so dark hopefully you can still see. We have been saving toilet paper and paper towel tubes for a little over a month now. And it is finally time to build our contraption.
I did not realize how into it Kaia would get. She really loved this and was so excited. I was amazed at how she totally took off and did her own thing it was just so incredible.

Connecting tubes on her own
Mikey was very supportive and gave his architectural expertise in cooing excitement

More support from the Mikey he felt we needed to use our toes more. There was definitely not enough using of the toes.

Almost done. Isn't that incredible though look at that corner. My daughter is a genius!

It definitely needs more tape

WHen Kaia needs more tape she needs more tape!

Okay maybe not that much tape time to cut off the excess

I see you!

The finished contraption time to test it with a marble

And it worked our marble made it successfully to the other side
Mikey was very excited. Obviously we had used our toes and created something wonderful.
Well almost done Kaia is a perfectionist and obviously yet again our contraption needed more tape

Kaia loves her gymnastics class, Well most of the time she loves her gymnastics class. Kaia has become kind of shy and if someone laughs at her even though not meant in a bad way she shuts down. So we had an occasion of this once at gymnastics, When one of the other mom's laughed because she was so cute. That was it Kaia would have nothing to do with the rest of class. But other than that she has a great time and does exceptionally well.
Her favorite by far is the foam pit.

Kaia running to jump into the pit. She just started doing this she used to run, run, run and then carfully step into the pit.
Starting a forward roll. No that is not Mikey behind her There are two other babies in the class. They are 10 and 11 months and Mikey is bigger then both of them!
Her other favorite the pommel horse
She does it so quickly its hard to get a picture
Kaia loves doing the ostacle course the Couch sets out for them each class. Ske is always firdt to try it all out
The rings another fav of Kaia's she likes to just hang for as long as she can. But her fav to do with the rings is to hold on and jump from one point and swing to the next.

Getting ready to swing from the rope

My Ballerina Princess

Kaia started ballet and she loves it!

At the end of class the teacher blows bubbles. they are super exciting bubbles. they don't pop well I guess they do pop but you have to seriously work on popping them. they stretch and you can actually play with them. I need to get some of those bubbles they are so much fun.

The music part of class. The kids get to choose an intrument and play it for their friends

Kaia's turn

Kaia realized there was a mirror behind here she was cracking me up

We ended up seeing Kaia's friend Morgan whe was leaving as we were getting there.
