I love making felt board stories. Some of my favorite to make are Eric Carle stories. He uses simple images that are easy to recreate in your own way with a simple sialogue easy to remember for story telling
I made my own animals using the same colors as the Eric Carle Story
Polar Bear Polar Bear is a great story to demonstrate different sounds and the whole concept of listening and auditory learning.
